Since being a ranked Jr here in Atlanta Coach Robert has been playing and or teaching tennis for over 40 years. Coach Robert is known for his attention to detail, ability to communicate and ability to relate with people especially children.

Owner and Director of Tennis at OTR Coach Robert is Certified with the PTR at the teaching Professional Level. He has taught tennis for more than 20 years. He designed On the Rise Tennis Academy to specialize in giving juniors the advantage of Private lessons and group drills as part of the program for success. He prides himself on being the ultimate communicator on the court with his adult teams and junior students. He has done seminars with Pete Collins author of “Successful Doubles”. Coach Robert is always positive and challenges his students to reach their maximum potential.

OTR is especially lucky to have Coach Adrienne ! She is a Certified Coach Level 3 Tennis CANADA Professional. Adrienne grew up in Canada. Adrienne was a top 10 nationally ranked Canadian Junior who accepted a tennis scholarship to Flagler College in St Augustine, Fl. There she was a 3 time NAIA Athletic All American and 2 time Academic All American . During her tenure, Flagler College was 2 time NAIA National Team Champions. Adrienne will be inducted into the Flagler College Athletic Hall of Fame on April 29, 2010.

Adrienne has over 17 years of experience teaching beginner juniors to adults. Her passion is "making the game easy" so everyone can enjoy it. Adrienne was an International coach for OTA in 2001 (US & France). She was fortunate to coach and travel with junior world champion, Sharon Fichman 2000-2002. During that time Sharon won 2 USTA National Titles, the Open Benjamins in Bordeaux, France, the Orange Bowl in Miami and numerous Canadian National titles. She later went on to win the French Open JR and the Australian Jr doubles events and reach a top 10 ITF World junior ranking. Adrienne takes a holistic view to teaching tennis believing that the 4 components on the court: physical, technical, tactical and psychological are all important areas to develop. Off court she believes that one should incorporate plyometrics, yoga, strength training, chiro and nutrition to reach your potential. The kids call him Coach Deep. At the age of 5 he was one of Coach Robert’s First students! Coach Deep grew up in Kennesaw, Ga. As a Junior Sandeep was ranked #1 in Georgia 2004, #10 in the South & #75 in the US. He represented Ga on the Junior Davis Cup team. Sandeep accepted a scholarship to play Division I tennis for the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill “Tarheels”. He was co-captain of UNC team 2007-08. He recently graduated from UNC with a BS in Economics.
